Description :
For extra credit, Ryan invites Michael to his business school as a guest speaker. Michael attempts to make a motivational speech, unaware that Ryan has introduced him as a ineffectual manager of a failing company. Meanwhile, a bat is discovered in the office, leading Dwight to lead an attempt to capture it. That night, Pam displays her artwork at an art show, and is disappointed when none of her co-workers attend. However, Michael arrives after giving his speech, and cheers Pam up when he compliments her work and purchases one of her paintings.
